Pinot Bianco IGT
Vinification: after careful selection, the grapes are immediately softly pressed and the must is left to settle through cold static decantation. The must ferments in steel at a controlled temperature of around 16° C. At the end of fermentation the wine is refined in steel tanks by carrying out repeated battonage on a periodic basis until the moment of bottling.
Color and appearance: pale straw yellow with green nuances, bright, consistent and when poured, it reveals great freshness.
Aroma: delicate intensity and finesse, begins with an exotic fiorai, of sweet flowers, which broadens in the following minutes. Wildflowers, wisteria, lily and chamomile are echoed by fresh appie, white peach and mulberry.
Taste: enters the mouth respecting the promises of freshness of the olfactory aromas. Nice flavor, balance and minerality.
Pairing: the good persistence allows this wine to be paired with fish-based starters, wild salmon tartare, gratinateci Cappe Sante and grilled fish, royal perch filleted and breaded.
